Teardrop bowls

Clean lines and bold, earthy Concepts® colors give these teardrop bowls their artistic flair!

Instructions

    1. Wipe ware with damp sponge to remove any dust.
    2. Referring to photo, sketch in curved triangular lines along outside of each bowl.
    3. Pour a large puddle of Bright Ginger on foil. Use No. 10 Round brush to paint inside triangles along outside of medium and large bowls. Use Fan Glaze brush with Bright Ginger to base coat inside of medium and large bowls. Let dry, then repeat with 2 more coats of Bright Ginger to same areas, letting pieces dry after each coat.
    4. Pour a large puddle of Dark Black on foil. Use No. 10 Round brush to paint inside triangle on small bowl. Use Fan Glaze brush with Dark Black to base coat inside of small bowl. Let dry, then repeat with 2 more coats of Dark Black to same areas, letting piece dry after each coat.
    5. Pour large puddle of Bright Briarwood on clean piece of foil. Use both brushes as needed to paint outside of medium bowl, carefully painting around triangle. Let dry, then repeat with 2 more coats of Bright Briarwood to same area, letting piece dry after each coat.
    6. Use both brushes as needed to paint Dark Black on outside of large bowl, carefully painting around triangle. Let dry, then repeat with 2 more coats of Dark Black to same area, letting piece dry after each coat.
    7. Use No. 10 Round brush to apply 3 coats of Bright Ginger on outside of small bowl, carefully painting around triangle. Let dry after each coat.

    NOTE: You may use the flat side of the fan brush and dab along the edges of bowl for a cleaner edge.

    1. 8. Use Fan Glaze brush to apply 1 coats of Clear Glaze completely over each piece. Let dry.
    2. Stilt and glaze fire to shelf cone 06.
