  1. Wipe plate with dampened sponge to remove bisque dust.
  2. Using Fan Glaze brush, apply a coat of Sand to front of plate being careful not to puddle paint in the incised lines. Let dry, then add a second coat. Let dry.
  3. Brush three coats of Sand to back of plate letting dry between each coat. Let dry completely.
  4. Shake bottles of paints well. Pour small puddles of each color on palette.
  5. Using No. 6 Round brush, paint large center circle on plate with Neon Yellow.  Let dry.
  6. Load same brush with Neon Yellow, then “side load” with Neon Orange (dip one side of brush into Neon Orange). Brush around the larger circle with the orange on the outer edge.  Repeat with the small circle in center.
  7. Load Liner brush in Chartreuse and paint one coat on the leaves in the center circle.
  8. Using Liner, dip into the Neon Blue and paint the circle and the four incised stems and tips of leaves. Use end of paintbrush handle dipped into the Blue and dot the center.
  9. Load No. 6 Round brush with Neon Yellow and side load with Neon Orange.  Paint incised petal design around the painted circle.
  10. Paint Neon Blue in the second petal design above the petals that were painted in step #9.
  11. Repeat with the Neon Yellow, side loaded with Neon Orange and brush in the crescents in upper area of plate.
  12. Load No. 6 Round brush with Neon Orange and side loaded with Passion Red.  Paint around border keeping the Passion Red side of brush next to the incised line on plate. Let dry.
  13. Use Stylus dipped in French Brown to make dots around the designs.
  14. Use handle end of paintbrush to make larger dots as desired. Let dry.
  15. Stilt plate and fire to cone 06.
  16. Use sand paper or a Dremel tool to remove stilt marks.
