Hoot Ornament

This wise old ornament features bold colors and big eyes that are ready to take watch wherever you place him.

  1. Wipe ware with damp sponge to remove bisque dust.
  2. Paint three coats Neon Red to the top of the head. Let dry.
  3. Paint three coats Neon Orange to the outer eye ring. Let dry.
  4. Paint three coats Neon Yellow to the eyes, beak and toes. Let dry.
  5. Paint three coats Black to the pupils. Let dry.
  6. Paint three coats Neon Green to the wings, feet and back. Let dry.
  7. Paint three coats Neon Blue to the body. Let dry thoroughly.
  8. Add Neon Yellow comma strokes on the body to detail the feathers. Let dry.
  9. Apply one to two coats Pure Brilliance. Let dry.
  10. Stilt and fire to cone 06. After firing use a stilt stone to remove stilt marks.
