Create a memorable piece of holiday décor that suspends time with the handprint of a little one. Turn the handprint into a fun reindeer and display for years to come.
- Wipe frame with damp sponge to remove bisque dust.
- Run a strip of tape along the ¼” inner lip.
- Brush three coats Really Red on the frame leaving the inner ¼” lip unpainted. Let dry.
- Brush the unpainted raised area with two coats Black. Let dry.
- Pour some Bright Brown onto piece of foil. Press child’s hand into paint OR sponge paint on to palm
- Position hand in center of frame and press into place. Lift hand straight up for best results.
- Use Liner brush dipped in the Bright Brown and paint tail, ears and antlers.
- Dip end of paintbrush into some Black and add dot in eye.
- Use Really Red to paint nose as pictured and use Black for hooves. Let dry.
- On top center of frame and bottom use French Dimensions Licorice to write year and child’s name.
- Stilt frame and fire to cone 06.
- Brush two coats Pure Brilliance to center with reindeer. Brush a light coat over the remainder of frame. Let dry.
- Stilt and fire to cone 06.
